What a great property fully equipped very clean comfortable and close to Kos town centre to enjoy a great walk on the promenade or spending amazing time on many beaches and fabulous restaurants all around different parts of Kos town Enjoyed staying in the apartment with air conditioning in the living room and two bedrooms and a tv with plenty of channels Claudia the host is a wonderful lady answering all messages and any requests promptly she is very helpful at any time thank you for everything The advice is to rent a car or a scooter to help move around as definitely you will need it

The view from the rooms is so good that by itself the hotel is worth it. It's just such an unassumingly stunning view. Fully facing the sea, you can see Turkey, you can see the boats come and go...it's perfect. Not sure if all rooms have a view like the one I had, but if so, it's a 10/10 view. Add to it a very kind staff - especially the night manager, who helped me when the room next door sounded absolutely haunted. He entertained my weird story about hearing strangled elephant noises from the other room, even came upstairs with me and explained that it might just be a Greek elderly because his uncle sounded the same. He tried to find me a different room since they had some space, helped me move, and reshuffled a couple of bookings so I wouldn't have to move again. I'm sure it wasn't a great deal of work (super low season, many free rooms), but these little things really set a "normal" hotel stay from a great one. The breakfast selection was also very good, the facilities are fine, clean, and comfortable. No complaints and would recommend.

We had such a peaceful and calming stay at Koia—pure serenity from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, a real highlight of our trip. The Lango has a beautiful view of the beach at the front of the property,across the road. They have sun beds to relax and have a button to press to call for assistance like ordering food or drinks. They have a beautiful pool at the centre of their property with rooms around. So you’ll either end up with a pool view or a beach view room. We got the private pool room which allowed us to have a flooring breakfast and private swim time.

We stayed at the hotel 4 adults for 4 nights. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we realized that the level of service quality is the highest we have encountered. The entire hotel staff and the management led by Mr. Costa and Mrs. Paris made every effort to make our stay pleasant in the hotel and on the island of Kos in general. The breakfast is excellent, the restaurant in the hotel is of a very high standard - on the first evening the chef prepared a 6-course dinner that can easily compete with a Michelin restaurant. The rooms are very large and decorated in a modern design, a large TV, a huge bed and many treats. We were pleasantly surprised to receive every evening a handwritten note written by the management team in which they wish us a good night and a pleasant stay. The hotel pool is very large and clean, there are many sunbeds, clean towels and service from the hotel bar throughout the day. The reception staff ordered recommended restaurants for us every evening in the old town of Kos and hit our taste every time. The spa at the hotel is one of the best we have encountered and the price is absolutely fair. We will definitely return to the hotel for another stay. One and only issue for improvement: the beach adjacent to the hotel does not compare in level to the standards that the hotel adheres to.

This hotel was great! The personnel was great, they always had a smile and made us feel welcome. We received a small welcome gift. The food at the restaurant was always amazing and the breakfast included was delicious! The rooms were really comfortable and had great small details like bathrobes and sleepers. Our stay was amazing!
