Kerkini lake is really romantic and it is worth to go there!
Kerkini lake is really romantic and it is worth to go there! There were hundreds of pelicans and flamingos. We also tasted the very famous buffalo meat. Amazing place ad we'll definitely come back again.

Traditional building and a great base for exploring Kerkini Lake. They organise boat trips and buffalo safaris. Everyone is so helpful. The food is home cooked, some in the brick oven, and is excellent as is the breakfast. English spoken. The room was big and light with a wonderful wooden floor. Fridge and aircon. Car is necessary. Parking outside. The storks nests in town were amazing. This is a quiet rural town with cafes and 1 or 2 other restaurants.

The apartment is spacious and cozy and there was everything that one family might need. The location is good and it is very close to Kerkini lake. There are also good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The owner Panos is really kind and responded really quick to our messages. He gave us advices about the best restaurants and boat services. Thank you, Panos! We'll come back again!

Excellent rural location with easy access to Lake Kerkini. The host, Theodoros, was able to set us up with a guided bird tour on the lake and to sign us to a very good restaurant (in the family!). The inside of the room was fine and clean and there was a seating area in front. The room had cooking facilities though the hob seemed to warm very slowly. The breakfast was good

For a few years Kerkini Houses are our choice for overnight stay while travelling to Greek beaches. They are conveniently located near the border.
Houses are generously sized, always clean and pleasantly cool upon our arrival.
Carport is sufficient.

The host Stavros was very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay at Morfi Hotel. The breakfast was generous and delicious.
