Amazing and kind hosts Phillipos and Margueritte. We found lots of lovely treats in the fridge - tomatoes, plums, pears, wine, juice cartons, water and fresh eggs. Excellent communication as they live downstairs. Phillipos helped book a discounted lovely not trip to see the turtles and keri caves which were stunning. He had lots of great recommendations for beaches and the local restaurant. The apartment is lovely spotless with fly screens everywhere which made a big difference to us as it is in the mountain countryside and lots of mosquitoes about. Terrace large and beautiful we enjoyed many evening meals there. Gorgeous view of the lovely church which we had the pleasure of visiting. Nothing was too much trouble. We would 100% come back when we visit Zakinthos again. Island also stunning and very lush vegetation.

It’s tastefully and beautifully decorated, very well equipped and feels spacious and luxurious. The host is very responsive and helpful. The property was cleaned to a high standard every 3 days with clean bedding and towels. Our children loved the pool and there’s plenty of space for them to play inside and out. There’s a shop with a few essentials as well as a Taverna in walking distance, and other lovely restaurants within a 10 minute drive. We drove to different beaches most days which took between 25-60 minutes.

This apartment is beautiful! Nice furniture and details and you have everything you need! A stunning view on the sea - waking up with the sunrise! Its very relaxing and only a few minutes walk to different nice taverns and bars! Dennis and his wife are very nice, friendly and helpfull - they made us feel very welcome! Thank you for that!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location is amazing: a quite place in the hills (also great for bird watching) while the town of Agios Leon with mini markets, restaurants, and cafés is just around the corner. The house is nicely equipped but the highlight is the outdoor area. Beatiful pool and outdoor kitchen with a sink, fridge, grill, and a vegetable garden. The pool is cleaned every day and the sheets changed every week. The host have been incredibly welcoming: this was really outstanding. The communication was easy and everything worked perfectly. Again: I can only emphasize how much we enjoyed it.

This is one of those reviews you hate to write because you know, once you tell everyone how great the place is, it's going to make it harder to book it again! So much to like about Villa Yliessa, I felt at home the moment I passed through the gate. I was warmly greeted by the host, everthing about the villa clearly explained and fresh fruit from the lemon and pmegranate trees waiting on the table. In a great setting, with wide open vistas and yet private, but close to all the necessities. The house is beautifully designed and constructed. Simple and fresh and more spacious than the photos would indicate. It was very well equipped and the pool and deck were spectacular for relaxing or having a barbecue dinner. One of the best villa experiences I've ever had, I would not hesitate to book again!
