Just as we expected from the photos, a beautifully decorated old stone house with pretty outside area, very comfortable big bed, and good kitchen and a welcome natural cooling breeze through the windows. Thoughtful supplies of fruit, home made jam and local wine awaited us.

George and Julia clearly have an eye for detail because everything in Casa Charma was spotless and to perfection. Exactly what we were hoping, for for a quaint, cozy stay during the festive period. The traditional beds, comfortable bathroom, well stocked & equipped kitchen, and brick fireplace were just some of the features that made our stay so pleasant. The hospitality was simply superb and very characteristic of the Greek way of welcoming people into a home.

everything was wonderful. the house exactly like the pictures and even better. the yard is dreamy. the hosts helpful in whatever we asked them, very close to the sea and a port for small excursions to other islands. I highly recommend. we will definitely come back for more days

(the appartment was very large, well equipped, and is suiting for a family (we were a couple and it felt very spacious. a lovely grandma welcomed us, gave us a bowl of fresh peaces and grapes! the decoration is traditional and cozy, and the village itself is lovely and beautiful to wander around in.

Beautifully kept house, with great decor. Nestled on top of the hill with a wonderful view of the castle and sea, brilliant for a sunset view to remember! The house had everything we needed and could ask for! (The AC in the bedroom worked a dream) We were welcomed with a selection of fruit and wine, bread and meat, all ready and stocked in the fridge. The TV had access to Netflix/prime which was perfect for some downtime whilst travelling. Overall, all bases were covered!

If you are looking for tranquility, Kamiros is the place.

If you are looking for tranquility, Kamiros is the place. I learned from locals that Kamiros is more like an area for farmers, so not a lot of people live there since it's a bit remote and far from the old town. The beaches nearby are beautiful and you can catch a ferry to Halki island from there. The downside is that if you don't have a car, it can be a bit complicated to go around.
