We have just arrived home after six weeks in Greece and Ktima Bellou was by far our favourite stay. The peaceful location, the incredible food, the cleanliness of the property and the absolutely wonderful owners... we could not have asked for a more special stay. Every detail of the property has been thought about and handled with such care and love. Something I have never seen was the level of care as far as allergies go. Every single thing is cleaned in such a way that you feel safe while staying there. The food was all homemade in their kitchen from local ingredients and was superb. The countryside on the drive from Elassona is simply stunning (the views of Mount Olympus!), and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding villages. The gorgeous family who own and run the property are some of the most beautiful people you will ever meet. They made our holiday so very special and went above and beyond to make our stay one we will remember always. I cannot wait to return one day. An absolute ten out of ten!

The place is really well renovated and all the details are important. From the color of the tiles in the bathroom, the little chocolate on the bed (really good quality), and the homemade food. At breakfast I really appreciated the presentation and the quality of the food, everything was fresh, local and tasty.

The house was very nice and cozy. The mattress was very soft and comfy. Also the location was very nice, at the center of the village.

The host was kind, warm and inviting. We had car issues and ended up getting to the accommodation at 11:30pm. The host was mist understanding and made sure we had had dinner. The breakfast next morning was delicious. The room was comfortable, warm (we were visiting in spring) and clean. The views from the accommodation are picturesque and the accommodation itself is very peaceful, even though the town centre is 30 seconds walking. Would highly recommend staying here and only wish we had stayed longer.

If you want to live an authentic Greek experience, yet enjoy all modern facilities, then Kallisto is the place to go. It is actually a 350-year-old house, but perfectly renovated, preserving its old charm, while providing all modern facilities. You will have breakfast in style, in a salon with the original furniture of a well-to-do local family, and you will use fine cutlery from "la belle epoque," like in a five-star hotel. And if you want to hike on Mount Olympus, the entry to Enipeas Gorge is just at the end of the street. As for the host, you could not ask for more support in anything you need to know or do around. We will definitely return and we highly recommend it.
