Charming apartment, the decoration gave us a real mountain atmosphere and experience. Excellent equipped apartment. Everything you could think of was available: very large kitchen equipement, dvd player with a large selection of films, inspirational table books, several terraces around the apartment, big garden. Large shower, good beds. Spotless clean. Good and fresh breakfast with lots of choices. Wonderful cappuccino and coffee. Above all, Vasilis is a great, enthusiastic, inspirational host with very high standards of hospitality. Vasilis has a lot of ideas what you could do and where to eat. He mapped out several routes for us, provided with gps routes for the best spots; he gave us his self-made hike- tour descriptions which were not only helpful but very beautiful and fun to do. And just in case, he is always available for you while you are 'en route'. In the village, a couple of walking-minutes away from the apartment, you find a lovely tavern as well as many hiking trails. The area is very authentic, beautiful scenery and spectacular surroundings. Lot to do, to see and to enjoy. Not yet discovered by many tourists. A true hidden gem.

The room is like a small appartment with the bedroom at the back behind a semi partition wall with a window in it that gives privacy but doesn't create division. The "kitchen" area has a table, a small oven, a fridge, a great little capsule coffee machine (with lots of capsules) a filter coffee machine and all the necessary equipment to cook if we wanted to. There was a lovely small bottle of wine and local tsipouro along with rusks, butter and marmalade. The Bed is very comfortable. I am just mentioning it because it is there. The television, although we didn't use it, is large and in just the right position to view had we wanted to from the bed. The bed is oriented so that when you wake up you face the view which is a great pleasure. The shower is perfect. Everything is of high quality build and super clean and the room just works perfectly. There is plenty of parking right outside the gate and the place is super quiet. The owner is a lovely person and helped us with a very small issue we had and resolved it immediately and above expectations. All in all the place is perfect as a base to explore all the amazing sights around. We went to the Plaka Bridge, The Politsa Bridge and the Klifkis waterfalls which are all within short drives through amazing mountains and scenery. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lot of information on where to go and what to do. All in all this is a perfect little place and I recommend it without reservation.

Fantastic little hotel in an amazing location. Literally above the river and with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast was also a fantastic. Rooms basic but clean. Soft mattress and very fast Internet(starlink). I highly recommend it.

We had a stay of three nights and Loukas was the best and most kind and caring host we met in a long while. This place is highly recommended, it’s a little remote from the city rush in Ioánnina and very quiet through the night. The house was in perfect shape and perfectly clean. It’s a beautiful traditional stone house and if you’re still indecisive of booking it, we strongly suggest to just book - you won’t regret it. The fridge was packed with sodas, there’s all accommodation you need and Loukas and his family are doing a fabulous job to provide you the most pleasant stay. We will come back for sure. There’s plenty to do nearby from going to the museum, to hiking, to visiting nearby villages within a circle of 1h such as Metsovo, the Perama Caves, Ioannina of course, Monodendri, etc.

Very comfortable B&Bs.

Very comfortable B&Bs. Fully equipped kitchen from start to finish. Nothing is missing. Stunning view. Room with 2 double beds. Relatively untouristed area but very convenient for those who come to it. A simply excellent place, especially for those who want to continue from there to the Alpine Zone rafting but not only. Highly recommended
