- Very nice, friendly and helpful staff. - Everything was really clean. - Breakfast on the roof is amazing. The lady is incredible, she welcomed every guest every morning with a huge smile and showed us the buffet very proudly. She made every morning something new, the Greek sweets and desserts are super delicious. :)

We liked that the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice - available and attentive at all times. Beautuful view, good breakfast. Be aware these streets can be quite noisy with balcony door open but this didn't bother us. Absolutely lovely staff.

Absolutely loved this hotel, and will definitely stay here again when we return to Rethymno. Lovely large room and little internal terrace. Bed was very comfortable. Perfectly located - central but peaceful. Reception staff were absolutely lovely.

Close to everything important, located on the edge of the old town. Very friendly host who can help you with every need even after midnight. Only pool in old town appsrtments I have seen. Strongly recommended.
