We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. There is nothing not to like. Super clean, amazing staff and great food! We were skeptical originally as our previous all-inclusive stays in Crete were a disaster (poor food quality and general feeling). This has changed everything. We want to already re-book for next year. Our kids did not want to leave!!!

The location of the hotel is perfect. There is free parking at the front. The hotel is only a 2 minute walk away from the sea and the Yannis beach, which I would recommend if you don't want to drive to some of the popular beaches. The staff was very polite and extremely helpful. The room was perfectly clean and was cleaned every day. The food at the restaurant was tasty and seemed fresh. The reception staff (George and Giannis) took the time to guide us through the map of Chania and Crete, recommending us good restaurants, cocktail bars, beaches and other places to visit. The breakfast was very rich, tasty and diverse. I highly recommend renting a car and visiting the Falassarna beach.

Wonderful hotel with lovely, kind and responsive stuff. A very special thank to Front Office Manager Ms. Margarita Belaya, who guided us on our time in the city and many other things. Nice breakfast, good cocktails at the bar. I liked the room. There is a good restaurant with delicious Greek cuisine opposite the hotel. I hope to come here again.

Amazing friendly staff, right on the beach with private beach for guests. Room was amazing, clean spacious with a bath. They brought us cocktailw straight to the room and really lookes after ua. It was off season so the area wasnt busy
