I don’t really know where to begin, because words fall short to describe how special our stay at the Bizarro Boutique Hotel has been. We had booked eight nights in this fantastic hotel, but unfortunately, my boyfriend and I had a car accident during our holiday. From that moment on, the staff did everything they could to help us. Every single day, they came to the hospital to see how we were doing. They even brought us breakfast, so we still felt a little bit at home during those difficult days. When we were finally able to return to the hotel, extra amenities were waiting for us without us even having to ask. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, peacefully located, and still close to the city centre. The interior is beautifully decorated with a modern, warm atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and very generous, with lots of fresh options every morning. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer lovely views of the surrounding area. But what really makes it special is the genuine warmth and care of the entire team. We have never experienced such personal service anywhere. We didn’t feel like just guests, but truly welcomed and cared for like family. We are incredibly grateful for everything the hotel and the staff have done for us. We will definitely come back here many more times, because you rarely find hospitality like this. This hotel deserves all the praise and appreciation.

Experience to remember! Staff was absolutely amazing .. so friendly and helpful. We will definitely come again to this hotel in future. Locality is super, every meal was delicious. Decided to have a 8 course menu with wine pairing and absolutely loved it. If you want to explore around , locality is also very good and you are just few steps away from more places to eat.

Everything was organized very well clean rooms, bathroom, Garden where you can chill and not to forget the staff was very helpful and booked many times taxi’s for us. Everything! Staff, room (OMG, it was the most comfortable bed and pillows from all our trips), food, location, service. We arrived late (after dinner) and were surprised with the hot dinner in the room. We went for a quiet holiday and we got exactly what we wanted. Will definitely come back here again.
