From the moment we enter the house we know this is it. Spacious,modern, sparkling clean appartment with the huge terrace including jacussi and sun beads was more than enough for family of four. Very quiet neighbourhood ideal for relaxation and the owners were very kind and helpfull. We would llove to come again to this wonderful place.

Konstantina is the ultimate host. It is more like you came to visit your dear aunt, rather than staying in a hotel. We had a very warm welcome. Konstantina cooked traditional Greek food for us to eat - which was wonderful. The apartment has everything you can imagine. Every detail has been considered and catered for. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with a great balcony. You were only a few minutes walk from the town centre with its bakeries and coffee shops and a few minutes drive from Epanomi beach. You felt like you came home. If it had been up to me, I would have extended my stay. It is definitely 10 out of 10. I will definitely stay with Konstantina next time.

The property is centrally located, with its own beach and several restaurants on its doorstep. It is however not in the middle of the loud part of the restaurant area which was great. Also very close to the sea taxi pick up/ drop off point which made it very convenient to get a sea taxi to Thessaloniki. The rooms were very clean, breakfast abundant and staff attitude and service impeccable. Would definitely recommend and visit again.

Our stay there was beyond expected. The staff was very friendly, we liked our room, it was clean, the food was great (at the breakfast and at the cozy restaurant on the rooftop). Also it is a plus that it's close to the beach.

The location was superb. Eri, the owner was super helpful.

The location was superb. Eri, the owner was super helpful. The apartment was two bedroom. Both beds very comfy. The second bedroom was at the back, small but comfy and you needed to walk through the main bedroom to access the rest of the apartment. This was not a problem for us, we very much enjoyed our stay there. Thank you Eri.

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Khalkidhiki region...

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Khalkidhiki region Akti Siamo - Potamos beach, 20 min from Thessaloniki airport, and 35 min from Thessaloniki center. The beach has a lot of bars with deck chairs on the beach, so it is a good destination for young people. If you like peace, a 15-minute walk takes you to a quieter part of the beach, where you can enjoy the sound of the sea and the chirping of birds. Amazing atmosphere. From Epanomi to the beach you need a car or a bus or 20-25 min walking tour. The best white house wine I have ever tasted in Epanomi restaurants - Good wine region. In several restaurants on the beginning of the beach you can have excellent lunch for 15-20 euros. Cars are desirable.

There are more beautiful places to visit in Greece. The villa is beautifully situated in rolling hills. Be sure to take the stairs down to the small beach. Conveniently located near the airport. A few kilometers from the villa, there's a fantastic fish restaurant with a sea view. It's located near the Domus Maris Villas.

Everything. The host Mr.

Everything. The host Mr. Mirko took care of the welcome and all the necessary information. He filled the fridge with cheese, sausage, fresh bread, beer, juices, water, sunscreen, mosquito repellent. Parking. A nice personal terrace and an even nicer common one. Barbecue. Rating 10+

Epanomi is a small, quiet but charming village.

Epanomi is a small, quiet but charming village. The water is crystal clear, there's little tourism, and the people are very, very welcoming. The fish market is highly recommended; it's excellent and inexpensive. There are wild, hidden beaches, but you'll need a 4x4 for those! If you're looking for peace, quiet, and a great time, Epanomi is the place to be! 🤟
