We loved everything about the Villa, from the breathtaking view to friendliness of Locals and the delicious food. Logan was also a gracious helpfull host who answered all of our questions quickly and didn't hesitate to help. We will come back definitely.

this is a beautiful hotel where the facilities are great and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The fully equipped gym was a great place for our morning workout sessions and the excellent 20 meter pool is perfect for swimming laps, as well as just relaxing in. The staff here were so nice and friendly and made us feel so welcomed and would make sure we had what we needed at all times. we absolutely loved it. this was a perfect place to spend a few relaxing mother and daughter days in the sun.

Exceptional boutique hotel. This was our second stay and it was even better than the first. After some bereavements in the family, my husband and I were exhausted after a hard year when we arrived, and destressed and refreshed when we left, thank you! Our week in this hotel was precisely what we needed! The staff organised the taxi transfers from the airport, and since it was our 8 year anniversary and they gave us a free bottle of Champagne and chocolate truffles. We didn't expect that, it was a wonderful surprise. We loved our first stay im 2019 so were happy to see that the hotel reopened after Covid19. It's adult only and so, so quiet, and luxurious. Everything about the hotel is comfortable, with excellent food and drink. The breakfast buffet is varied, healthy and so fresh. They had lovely cocktails and Greek beers. On Sunday they had a jazz and blues band with an amazing singer, Mania. Some hotel bands can be a bit naff but this group was actually really good, I would easily pay for a ticket to some blues bar gig to see them. They deserve far better than playing for a hotel audience! For the rest there was no tacky music, which we really appreciated. It is an immensely quiet and relaxing place. The hotel is in Almyrida and close to really good restaurants, and nearby Plaka (1.5km walk). I can recommend Dmitris, Thalami and Lagos Taverna. If you eat in Plaka, go to Taverna Elpis. These were recommended to us by our Greek friends. The hotel is right opposite a quiet and lovely bay with sand and a couple of small boats. In terms of facilities, they have super clean sauna, massage room and changing facilities if you check out before you need to leave for the airport. I also snuck into the library and borrowed two books during my stay. The pool area is super quiet, very relaxing for a couple wanting to de-stress! There is no fighting over pool seats, no issue with putting towels down to reserve a sunbed - it was a civilised and polite experience.

Amazing views and a really nice pool also there’s a restaurant owned by them right across the road that has everything you need. Has spacious rooms and bathrooms and is also 15 minutes away from one of the most beautiful and famous lakes in Europe its absolutely stunning would highly recommend also really good price

    Lovely old village in a beautiful part of Crete.

    Lovely old village in a beautiful part of Crete. A few cafe’s and a tavern, and a convenient mini market in the centre. Many other villages near, beaches not too far, Chania and Rethymno towns a short car ride away. Both towns worth a visit, as are the larger villages of Vrisses and Vamos nearby.

    We absolutely loved Kefalas.

    We absolutely loved Kefalas. Taverna in village very good, We had a very close very very friendly local bar. Not at all touristy. They treated us like old friends from the first moment we met them, very relaxing. A few rundown/derelict properties in the village. But as the village is very old it takes nothing away from the area and just adds to the feel of cultural history and the relaxed nature of the village. Plenty of typical Greek Tavernas within a short drive of the village and all welcoming with great food. The Parasia Taverna is 15 minute drive away and should be at the top of any bodies list of places to eat when visiting the area
