A tiny, intimate and really beautiful village.

A tiny, intimate and really beautiful village. We debated about staying in the village and in the end we are really happy with the choice. Although it is a small village compared to other villages in the area, it is still close to other villages and attractions. We walked through all the villages, you can't fall in love with any village because they are all beautiful and each with its own character. The village of Eilat is an excellent base and did the job for us. There is one restaurant in the village (apart from those in the hotels that serve breakfast). An excellent restaurant!

Location with good views and easy access to the other...

Location with good views and easy access to the other villages. Access to Elati for those who love nature, but with a difficult road and twists and turns, prefer to go from Myliotades, Karyes, otherwise continue to Ioannina via Egnatia.

The hotel was really traditional and cosy. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a large balcony and a great view of the mountains and the beginning of the Vikos gorge. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. The small village of Elati was pretty and a perfect place to spend a white Christmas. The location was handy for exploring the rest of the Zagori area.

Our stay at Shamrock Elati was unique, since we felt like we were in a family. It's a quiet, traditional hotel, with magnificent views and excellent hospitality from the owners. Breakfast from Ms. Popi is amazing but the same applies to every food/dessert produced by her kitchen. The next time we visit Zagorochoria, for sure we will stay at Shamrock Elati again.

Exceptional EXCEPTIONAL breakfast. One of the best one can get on a hotel. Everything was so fresh and homemade. The territory is beautiful. Cozy room with an amazing mountain view. The staff was so attentive, so friendly. The location itself is well placed to experience all the viewing points in the villages around. Amazing long weekend experience. THANK YOU

We loved our stay at Hotel Athina. The hotel is in a perfect location that overlooks the mountains and from there you can do day trips to different parts of Zagorochoria. The rooms were spacious and nice. The breakfast was superb and the owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!
