This is the best place we’ve stayed during our holiday, out of 4 different hotels/locations. The staff is very friendly! The room/flat was beautiful, well decorated, very comfortable. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Kitchen 10/10 bed 10/10 bathroom 10/10 terrasse 10/10. It’s worth noting that the accommodation building is not in the city center. It is walking distance so we found it perfect: you get a sense of the local life but also are walking distance to everything you need.

The entire experience all from check-in to check-out was just great! Excellent hotel with beautiful pool- and spa area. Breakfast and dinner served in a restaurant with nice view to pool and sea. The hotel is very well located, and you can tell it has been carefully renovated. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are new. I had an issue with the reservation, as I thought I had booked a different room. However, as soon as I communicated my wish to switch to a room on a single level, they helped me and quickly found a solution. I really liked the service attention .

Staying at the Manor Chic Hotel in Rethymno was such a wonderful experience. The hotel combines the charm of a traditional setting with chic and luxurious details, creating a perfect blend of heritage and modern comfort. Its location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the old town—so we could easily wander through the beautiful streets of Rethymno, discovering amazing restaurants, hidden corners, and experiencing the city like locals. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful. A special mention to their kindness in helping me recover some clothes I had accidentally left behind—they went above and beyond to make sure I got them back. I would highly recommend Manor Chic Hotel to anyone visiting Crete. It’s the ideal place to enjoy the beauty of Rethymno while feeling like a local.

Great Villa, we were a family of eight including 5 adults...

Great Villa, we were a family of eight including 5 adults and three kids. Perfect size, each room with en suite bathroom plus extra toilet downstairs. Main area has open plan sitting room kitchen diner plus downstairs toilet and two en-suite bedrooms. Outside by the large pool are two large en-suite bedrooms. Upstairs is what is basically a self contained flat with open plan bedroom, sitting area, small kitchen, toilet, shower and bathroom plus a great balcony with amazing views. Also upstairs is a huge terrace area with hot tub, unfortunately no covered area so couldn’t use during the day as it was too hot.
