The villa exceeds all standards and is reasonably priced. It is very spacious, but also cozy. The biggest plus of this villa is the private swimming pool and especially the very warm owners, who take beautiful care of you and are always available for you on the phone. One day they even surprised us with pasta and yummy cinnamon cookies. Within walking distance you will find a small town and half an hour by car is the city of Heraklion. Thank you very much for this stay. It was breathtaking!

Many - many thanks to the Triton Hotel Team!!! Everything was at the highest level!!! The food was different and fresh every day!!! Everything was fresh!!! I am very picky about food and rooms, but I really liked everything here (luxury room with a sea view)!!! The location from the sea is a maximum of 50 meters, the beach is large and clean!!! I liked absolutely everything!!! I will recommend it to friends, acquaintances and everyone who is looking for a wonderful holiday. I think I will definitely come back here at least once more!!! This family run hotel and restaurant is over looking a gorgeous plateau, and a quick walk to the cave of Zeus. The apartment like suite was not only spotless and beautiful but had everything you could want with sm kitchen, fireplace, lots of space, balcony and a view die for, even a washer !…Oh and we didn’t even mention the incredible homemade food from the attached restaurant! fresh squeezed pomegranate juice and the best food you’ll have in Crete! Then to add the best for last -the wife , husband and son not only treated us with the best food and stay but generously helped us fix something that came loose on our car by first climbing under to look at it and then sending us to their friend in town , who was then waiting for us . (Cost 2 Euro ) The wife gave us her a greatest gift of hospitality, generousity and kindness even a gift of local plant tea . ALL THIS IN ONE OVER NIGHT STAY ! We can’t say enough praise about our stay in the suite or about the family .We only wish we would have know about this place when we were making our vacation plans, but it was a whim that we choose going the the cave and staying there as a side trip IT WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR TRIP TO CRETE!

Our first night in Crete, coming late in the evening. Vasilis have welcomed us with raki and home-made sweet lemon. Sitting in the courtyard in warm Cretan night was very much appreciated after the flight. Location is perfect for discovering of Knossos and surroundings of Heraclion and mountain villages around. House is nicely renovated, appartment spacious and well equipped and already mentioned courtyard with the pool has lovely and homie charm. And we had the best breakfast from all our Cretan trip.
