This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

What a nice hotel and friendly and helpful staff! The room was spacious and tidy. Breakfast was delicious. We had to leave before breakfast the second night to catch our flight and they provided a breakfast box for us, very thoughtful. We stayed in a lot of different hotels during this trip, but this hotel stood out.

This place is like a cozy hug by the water – seriously comfy and totally worth it if you get a room with a view. The bed was so comfortable, we practically had to force ourselves out of it. Can't believe how refreshed we felt after just a few days here. The breakfast experience at On Residence is nothing short of a dream. The carefully curated menu is amazing, you will find some local delights as well, and the coffee, sourced from the esteemed Greek roasters we cherished in Athens, added a familiar touch of excellence to our mornings. Our affection for On Residence extends beyond its physical comforts; it lies in the seamless orchestration of the entire team. The level of professionalism and genuine enjoyment displayed by the staff was palpable. It's evident that the team operates with precision, a testament to effective management and a shared passion for hospitality. The staff was very helpful and professional, they even gave us a better room when the tub drain in our booked room didn't function. That gesture was amazing, it shows that they really care about the guests. We will definitely come again to the hotel, and wholeheartedly recommend it.

It is very nice hotel in the city center, 10minutes walk from Aristotel square. Brekfast was great, with lot of options. There is coffee machine in the room and all other utensils that you may need for short stay.
