We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at the property, particularly the exceptional team. They were welcoming, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible service. The views were enchanting, and the pool was a delightful addition. The breakfast was also remarkable. We highly recommend this property for a romantic getaway in Crete. I suggest renting a car for convenient travel to the city and nearby attractions in other towns around Chania.

Excellent stay, breakfast and view from the room and restaurant. The pool is clean & the food is good. The best part is the free shuttle to the city centre which takes 6-8 minutes, make sure to book it in advance especially during peak season. The staff at the hotel is service minded. The room was clean and it was facing the pool and city view.

The hotel is an old French embassy, fully renovated two years ago. Amazing building, suite with jacuzzi was really nice (more like a small private pool). Food in general was very nice, of very high quality. Breakfast also very nice, a la carte. Above all, staff was amazing, giving us tips about where to go and where to eat, hats off to Vasiliki, Anna and Maria. It is also very close to the old town of Chania, avoiding all the noise and the crowdness of staying too close.

The quality of the apartment in general is just excellent. The staff is super friendly, fast in the answers, and helpful. They made my trip much better with their help. The room, kitchen and bathroom is great, but the best was the huge terrace with amazing views. Everything was extremely clean and full of details for the customers. The relation quality-price was extraordinary too.

This is a 100/10 review for Oniros. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean with every amenity you could possibly imagine. The staff are so friendly and helpful (thanks George for all your travel suggestions). The location is by a port so gorgeous Aegan Sea views from the room and dining room. Also very conveniently located off a major highway so traveling by car to other areas of Crete was easy. As for the breakfast it is made to order by a chef! The quality and taste was so superb we ended up eating our dinners there too. If it could not get any better they realized it was my birthday so there was a bottle of wine in our room on arrival. And to make it even more special... the night before my birthday a gentle knock on my door was for a surprise birthday cake the chef made. Excellent service!

The hotel is new, very nice. The rooms are nice and really clean. The service and staff is amazing. It's right next to the beach. At the pool, apart from beds and umbrellas they have cabanas as well. A stunning hotel in its beauty! Every detail in the new hotel is designed in natural colors, creating an atmosphere of calm and tranquility. The amazing architecture of the hotel connects perfectly with nature, and everything was simply beautiful and perfect! My room had a private pool, and it was simply magical. Natural light flooded the bathroom, making the experience even more special. We received delicious pastries and chocolates in our room, which added an extra touch to our experience. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy. The pools in the hotel are amazing, inviting me to relax and enjoy. The pool bar and the main pool were simply breathtaking in their beauty. The reception staff was amazing and welcoming, contributing to my excellent feeling during the stay. This is the most beautiful and luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, and the views are breathtaking! Additionally, it is very close to Chania Airport, making it especially convenient.
