My best stay during my 5 wks in Greece. I could go on and on about all the amazing things Maria has done 😅 Everything was perfect and I travel far and wide. Maria provided her WhatsApp number for assistance after my booking was confirmed. Very important for ease of communication. She was very prompt with her response despite being in Athens and super assuring. I requested for a bucket to wash my clothes but she offered me to use the property’s washing machine in another plot which was perfect! Diana, the sweet Albanian housekeeper greeted me when I arrived and informed me of the faulty stove. She offered me an alternative room but Ai told her I would like to keep my original room as I wanted more privacy. Maria was very prompt to get someone to fix the stove as well as a leaking sink the next day. I eventually informed her on my checkout day the problem still perpetuated through my stay although I didn’t want stress her. As my ferry departure was after checkout time, she was gracious to allow me to stay beyond checkout. She also readily offered my accom help in Athens when I asked her for advice. And everything worked out very well for me ❤️ I’m a horticulturist and a designer, the aesthetic of the entire place is top notch. She has considered everything so well, it’s remarkable. The location was superb for me as I have a very good supermarket, a well-stocked fresh market, an award-winning seafood supplier and a superb bakery all around me. I could take a 10min stroll down to Apollonia along the charming path (walking back up needed more strength but it was still pleasant). Designated carpark space that is save and spacious.

Highly recommended to stay in this beautiful villa. It’s tastefully decorated, superclean and the outdoor areas are amazing: cosy terraces all around the house and a beautiful pool area with different lounge- and dinner areas, fully-equipped outdoor kitchen and fire place. We stayed here end of October (short evenings), but it must be absolutely brilliant to spend Summer days and evenings here. The villa is private and spacious, yet on short walking distance from both Apollonia and Artemonas.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kampos Home. The view from the terrace and breakfast area was truly amazing. The room was very clean and comfortable with thought going into the layout and furniture. The host was very friendly and provided advice on what to see and do. Location was great (a few stairs but worth it for the views).

Appolonia is a good base to explore the island.

Appolonia is a good base to explore the island. You can take a bus to all the major beaches/towns from here. Appolonia itself is a sweet town with lovely, welcoming people. There are also a number of really nice shops along the main walking street and restaurants. Finally, if you plan to hike around the trails of Sifnos Appolonia is the perfect place to start from.

Apollonia is a lovely town, and a really great base for exploring the island. The views are beautiful, there are great places to eat and drink, as well as shops selling local goods. It’s very close to a village which is full of ceramics workshops, and we loved visiting and meeting some of the potters and buying directly from them. The town is a short drive from pretty much every other place on the island. It has lovely views and is quiet and safe. It was my first time visiting and I’ll definitely return in future, Sifnos is my favourite Greek island that I’ve visited so far.

Having visited many Greek islands and the Cyclades in...

Having visited many Greek islands and the Cyclades in particular I can say that Sifnos is a delight!! The village of Apollonia is typical picture perfect with traditionally winding streets with blue and white buildings and a church at every turn. Lots of boutiques with local wares and lots of amazing restaurants. There are good bus routes from Apollonia to other villages on the island and at just €2 a journey why hire a car. Perfect for the real Greek experience.

The nightlife of Sifnos is concentrated in Apollonia. Here the famous alley the "steno" (narrow street) is home to commercial shops, restaurants, bars and clubs which are open until late at night!

They have many trails and we will be back, because we underestimated the many trails and the length of trails offered. You are in for an adventure. And, when we return, we too will be in for a continued adventure. This is an island and its people that you can fall in love with...

The hotel is well located being only a short walk from the...

The hotel is well located being only a short walk from the port and the beach. The bus stop to the village is across the road. We had a nice room with a large terrace overlooking the bay. However, the shower was small and we did not have hot water. The welcome was good but breakfast did not vary. Not everyone wants toasted cheese sandwiches and hard boiled eggs for breakfast every time. A choice of omelette or other eggs would have been appreciated.

The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Included all the necessary amenities. The location is extremely good, 2 minutes walk from the center of Apollonia with many options of bars and restaurants. It is also close to car / scooter rentals and the bus stop. The host was always very nice and helpful.

Amazing location and close to the Apollonia town (2 min walk to a passage which takes you to the top entrance of the Main Street with bars restaurants and shops). Also literally opposite a bus stop which took us all round the island so felt like a personal drop off!

A well located place, a big garden and possibility to use it, great view (very romatic), very nice and clean room. The owner agreed to welcome me a bit earlier. Communication was perfect from the beginning to the end. One of the best rooms i had so far in Greece.
