Great host! Very polite and friendly! The room was clean, and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need. Also, a big and nice balcony available. This apartment is located in an excellent position for exploring the entire island. Located in a quiet area surrounded by olive trees, great for people who like a cozy and calm vacation. A couple of minutes' walk from the apartment, you have everything you need: supermarket, coffee place, beach bars, grill house, rental agencies... Also, a parking spot for a car or any other means of transportation is available all the time. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean, they changed towels in every 2 days, cleaned every day. The host was available and helpful all the time. In 10 meters you find a nice restaurant with sea connection and free sunbeds. The see in extremely clear and warm. This location is in a quiet part of the Island, but if you rent a car, you can reach everything in 40-50 minutes. From the airport take a taxi, it takes 35-40 euros, but with public transportation it seemed impossible to get to the place. Bottom line is we will go back, its a place where you can really rest.

I had a truly wonderful stay! The nature around the place is absolutely beautiful — peaceful, green, and perfect for relaxing. The property itself is wonderful! We had the luxury suite which had been renovated to a high standard with everything you could need. A comfortable bed, great pillows, a kitchenette and also immaculately clean. We loved the pool area and had a few meals in the restaurant which were great. What really made the hotel for us were Pepi and her family, they make you feel like you’re part of the family and they all contributed to making it a wonderful stay

    Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to...

    Amoudi is such a friendly place and will make you want to yearn to come back again and again .It is a quiet place but will make you welcome and is a beach lovers paradise .Plenty of good quality places to dine out at reasonable prices. Met numerous people who were regulars at the resort and I can understand why they come back again and again. I am hoping to do the same myself at my earliest opportunity and will advise other friends to do the same. One way I judge a holiday is how sad you are to leave and we were all pretty low.

    The village is very small but quiet.

    The village is very small but quiet. The beach is not deep, there are no beach resorts but some good places with swimming pools and beach bars. With a half-hour trip you can reach every point of Zakynthos. If you have a car, the location is ideal for visiting the whole island.

    Amoudi is a beautiful place. Very peaceful. Lovely beaches. Several restaurants, some overlooking the sea. Small enough to walk around. Have stayed in villa corali and remezzo apartments and would highly recommend both.

    Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but...

    Amoudi is slowly building-up its tourist industry but remains quieter and less built-up than the rest of the island's resorts especially those on the southern and south-eastern beaches. It's truly lovely with quite small beaches (not all sandy). All Zakynthian roads are chaotic and Amoudi is no different. Always walk facing oncoming traffic and at night have reflector or small torch handy! Tap water is not suitable for drinking (or boiling we were told) so we used bottled water for drinks etc. There are no shortages of excellent restaurants most with amazing sea views.

    Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort.

    Amoudi is a small village, it's not really a resort. This brings both advantages (you can find shops with decent prices, it's very quiet, it's not crowded), and disadvantages (no night life, no parties, you need to go to a different town/city/port for all of the organized boat trips), depending on what you are looking for. There are a few beaches, but we only liked one, with nice sand and perfect water (large areas with small water, for children, but also deep water for swimmers). We found both very good food, and mediocre food, depending on the tavern. There is a bus going through the village a few times per day, and it can be successfully used to travel cheaply (1.6 euros pp in July 2023), but you need to plan ahead, otherwise you may end up needing to take a taxi back.

    The place is perfect. The room got everything you need and you are in the perfect location if you are looking for a calm and peaceful retreat. You are also in the middle of the island so it's very easy to discover around and you have many good restaurants (we recommend Taverna psarou). Anastasio is such a lovely, kind, and warm hearted person. He has taken great care of us and had given us so many recommendations which made our stay even more magical.we absolutely recommend this place if you are in Zakynthos.

    The hotel was less than 100 metres from the beach which made going for a swim so simple & straightforward. The views from the apartment were wonderful. You can’t beat waking up to the sound of the sea & the waves breaking against the shore. The staff were fabulous. Really helpful & lots of fun!
