This family run establishment was so warm and welcoming. Not to mention the aesthetic of the actual suites along with the private pool. Each room had its own AC control. The made to order breakfast each morning was delicious. The location is just steps away from the beach, with a supermarket across the street. The staff gave us food recommendations that did not disappoint and they helped arrange transportation and make reservations as needed. We are so grateful to the family for such a wonderful stay.

Manolis and his team were amazing. They cared about our wellbeing, asked us about our day and upcoming plans, shared side trip and restaurant tips, organized our transfers to port and airport as well as our car and quad rental. You simply get an all-in-one-package here. Rooms are freshly wiped through and cleaned as you come back from having a delicious breakfast at byammo (a one-minute-walk away, Manolis even showed us around on our first day) where you can choose from a wide variety of breakfasts (from greek yogurt with fruits to omelette or waffels) while looking out at the sea and watching passersby. Sleep is peaceful and quiet in a comfy bed, the rooms are very modern and even WC and shower are separated.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment. It is owned by a lovely Greek family who know how to look after their guests. The apartment was extremely clean and was cleaned to a high standard daily. The location couldn't be better, close to excellent restaurants (in particular 'Taverna Sto Kyma'), the beautiful beach was 10 metres away. The supermarket was a 1 minute walk away and the sea view from our apartment was to die for. Oh, and there are excellent transport bus links. We would definitely come back again. Naxos is still beautiful!

The owner of the building is very friendly and helpful with any request. The studio is quiet, very clean and equipped with basic amenities (fridge, 2 cooking plates, pans and pots, coffee machine and coffee-making pots, cutlery). Upon arrival, juice and water were already provided, which is an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Every other day the towels and bed sheets were exchanged, and some basic housekeeping was done every day! The pool has a decent size and is very clean too. The building is well located: the beach is only a few walking minutes aways. As well as the bus stop, a super market and a taverna (all within less than 5minuted). Other restaurants can be reached with a 5-10mins walk.

Greek hospitality at its best! Beautiful small renovated hotel with the kindest owners. Everything is squeaky clean, mattresses are superbe, breakfast brought to the room by owners every morning. Just 10 min to a beautiful beach as well. Oh - and a very beautiful pool with sun beds!!!! Highly recommended, if you want a quiet stay away from the hustle and bustle. I recommend hiring a quad bike to explore more beaches and the inland areas. This location is very good for if you have a quad bike as you can travel between the old town and the beaches along the coast on the other side, as well as inland. Quad hire is very reasonably priced and the company we used is very nearby. This is a lovely peaceful area. Groceries are a little expensive and there is a bigger supermarket than the one on the corner that has some more options. There are many lovely restaurants a very short walk from the accommodation, along the beach. A few have seating on the actual sand which is really special and romantic for couples.

I think it's the nicest area on the nicest island. Highly recommended if you want quiet and relaxation but still plenty of choice with beaches, bars and restaurants. There are 2 bus stops for this area making it easy to get around to other beaches or to the port in 20 minutes.

Lovely long beach with plenty of sunbeds & umbrellas and a wide choice of tavernas and bars. We had cocktails and an evening meal every night Naxos Town (Chora) is a 20 minute bus ride away (just 2.30€ one way) and they run half hourly from 8am to midnight. Plaka beach is a 30 minute walk (or on the same bus route from Naxos town). Sunbeds are often linked to the bar/taverna over the road. An umbrella with 2 beds is typically 20€ per day plus a minimum food & drinks spend of 15€ per set

Agia Anna was a lovely location, beautiful setting and we loved the fact you could eat dinner on the beach as the restaurants all set up on the beach in the early evening. The place had a cool vibe and felt undiscovered. there were plenty of places to eat and a supermarket to buy essentials. If you are self catering you would want to stop off in the main town before arriving. AB supermarkets had everything.

The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful. They really cared about the breakfasts they prepared and the presentation - they all did a great job. They were kind to the hotel cat Gasper - he is a great asset- who all the guests loved and patted. The Paradisio restaurant was excellent - a fabulous vibe outside with tables on the sand, watching the sunset. The bus stop is close by and so convenient.

The place was excellent, and the beach was spectacular. Local food is so tasty, and prices are very reasonable. My trip was in May, and at that time, not all restaurants were open, especially at Night. We have to go to the City, which is not far, approximately 15 -20 minutes by Car. Mr. Angil ( The Owner ) was so helpful and did everything to make our stay unforgettable

The location was excellent as it was across the street from the beach, the room was big enough for 2 people, we had our own back yard with a pool and a fantastic balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the sunset. The staff was also quite attentive (both hotel and restaurant) and attended to pretty much all of our requests. They also offered free transportation in a brand new vehicle from the port of naxos to the property, which was appreciated. They had very comfortable beach chairs and umbrellas free of charge.

Stayed for 6 nights in a top floor apartment. 2 balconies with views to the sea. Nice swimming pool. Everywhere clean and tidy. Nice peaceful atmosphere. Lovely staff who were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot food, pastries, cakes and fruit. 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Once there, plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from. The seafood was delicious in all of the restaurants we tried. We're already planning a return trip to Naxos and I'd head straight back to Annita's.

This immaculately kept property reflected traditional Greek values. The yard & external areas were spotlessly clean & so well maintained. Maria & her family take great pride with the property and absolutely nothing was too much trouble, the whole family were always there to assist. Amazing location, close to the beaches, tavernas, bus transport & mini markets. You will be missing out if you do not stay here. Poli filakia Maria, this is not goodbye but see you the next time I am in Naxos.

Everything matched the description perfectly. The location was ideal – just a short walk to the beach and near the Naxos town, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything needed to prepare a simple breakfast. Great value for the price, kind and welcoming hosts – I would definitely recommend staying here.
