We chose this chateau on our road trip from Tiblisi to Batumi and we loved it. The staff was exceptionally friendly, the food was outstanding the family suite was one of the highlights for our kids and the pool was huge and clean. And the cocktails at the pool was the plus on the many pluses. 😉

As 1st experience in Gruzia this is definitely very local place. Its in a small village and off the grid. The rooms are big but with old equipment and water was not always hot. Don't expect luxury. Warm and hospitable owner who offered us best red wine we had in Georgia. If you want beautiful local experience, meet great people and taste exceptionally good wine then this is great place! Also there is beautiful hot spring 20 minutes by car.

I had an amazing stay at VILLA ROKITI near Kutaisi! The chalet-villa was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere. We stayed two times and the second was even better than the first. Staff is amazing, kind and caring. Room way spacious. If you leave for a day or two to explore other parts of Georgia, they store your luggage and let you park your car in front of the hotel so you don't have to worry about it.
