Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. Hotel is new. Very clean and fresh. Nice bathroom with all necessary equipment. Free water and tea! Bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet neighborhood. Very close to center. And a good price! Host is very nice and friendly!

The location is perfect, a short walk to the central square. The place was amazingly clean and very cozy. Many options for lighting the room. The bathroom looked new and squicky clean. The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We are already planning to come back:)
