everything! unbelievably nice stay we couldn’t expect the place to be even more beautiful in reality than on pictures. studio also have everything you need to quite a long time — I do wish we could stay for a couple of days more, just to enjoy air, view and slow life. super hospitable host, home wine as a welcome gift, maximum cozy fireplace (a little smokey though), romantic light scenarios, cute homy little things and all the beautiful furniture — all combined to make your stay amazing. textiles and surfaces were fresh and clean, the faculty include a washing machine, fridge, kettle and (wait for it) even a stove! what was the last time you saw such an equipped and beautiful studio? perfecta value-for-money booking. thanks to the hosts

I had an amazing stay at VILLA ROKITI near Kutaisi! The chalet-villa was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere. The surrounding river, woods, and garden were absolutely breathtaking, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The peaceful location, combined with the beautiful natural scenery, created a truly refreshing experience. Everything was well-maintained, and the stay was comfortable from start to finish. A wonderfully situated hotel, just metres from the centre of Kutaisi that was modern and had a superb staff. Nino, the front desk manager, was proficient, friendly and went far beyond the call of duty in helping me make the best of my stay. Others at the front desk that were helpful, kind and supportive were Ana, Alexandre and Sandro. Lana, a manager of the hotel, acted both quickly and effectively when my tv stopped working. Breakfast was superb, filled with fresh choices and accompanied by excellent staff. Luka was most appreciated. At lunch and dinner, David did a wonderful job in serving me by being attentive, friendly and well informed.. On other days, Zura, provided me with excellent service. Overall, my stay was a most positive experience so wonderfully enhanced by their magnificent staff.

The location is perfect, a short walk to the central square. The place was amazingly clean and very cozy. Many options for lighting the room. The bathroom looked new and squicky clean. The owner of the place was the nicest person, always ready to help. The TV had netflix, youtube and other platforms to comfortably unwind after a long day exploring the city. We are already planning to come back:)
