The most wonderful people who showed us amazing hospitality and warmth of Georgian culture. It was so beautiful this have Grandma Manana cook breakfast for us and to have great conversation too (in Russian). Some staff speak English but I’m not sure how much. But they will teach you Georgian. Madloba Marco’s!!

Excellent clean room, polite reception. Very comfortable beds, dark curtains. Great bathroom. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast is standard but tasty. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel, but if it's busy you can always find a space along this street.

Lovely hotel, with a great location and amazing views. The highlight of the hotel is the bath (in some rooms) and this is a great solution - even when it's bad weather and raining outside - taking a warm bath on the balcony is an excellent relaxation. Breakfast was included and for me it was quite good.

It was spacious, clean and a very comfortable bed. The staff were so lovely and greeted us each day with a smile. The breakfast was very nice as was the filtered coffee. There were some nice small restaurants close by serving delicious Georgian food (Home Kitchen was one and also Vakhtanguri’s Chbureki was great as well)It is close to the Holy Trinity Cathedral which is amazing. We visited it each day as it was such a short walk and a beautiful view from the hotel.

We has a good experience in this hotel and enjoyed. The staff is very nice with tourists. They explain everything and help when we needed that. The transport they provide for the excursion is very comfortable, clean and pleasant, as well as the driver himself. If we'll come to Tbilisi again, we will definitely choose this hotel.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough.

Property is near by the airport, but road is rough. And never ever get into a taxi without agreement on the fare. Checked in at 0200am without any hassle. Owner was good. No selection on breakfast menu. Comfy bed, clean towels, room heater was there.

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk...

It was a rather secluded location and other that sidewalk eateries (Shwarma etc.) that were a 5-10 minute walk away, there were no restaurants nearby for meals. We were told that the nearest restaurant was about 5 km.
