The hosts are very nice and nearby there is a restaurant where they will prepare some tasty food for you (no menu, you will have to talk to them about your preferences) Good for a short stay on the way to somewhere, since there is not much to see around.

The room was exactly what I needed. A clean and comfortable bed, work space and a small fridge and kettle, and a smart TV. A private bathroom. The common area was well equipped. Overall I'd say a very thoughtfully kitted out room.

This place is awesome ,it’s located 10 minutes away from the Vardzia caves . The owner,Tsotne is a young and nice guy.He speaks English ,helpful and warm to give you a lot of information when you need .He and his family take care of the guests. The room is very spacious and clean ,show is great (good water pressure) .In the morning,Tsotne’s Mum cooked such a delicious breakfast,the portion and food choice are both great.We ate them all. The parking is right by the house ,the house garden is also designed by Tsotne with good taste.
