I loved the location half way between Tbilisi and Signagi. The Chateu is beutiful and perfevtly maintain. A home atmosphere , not like the big comercial places around Telavi. Mark the host and his parants were very welcoming. We had dinner, made by Marks mom and breakfest freshly made. The full georgian expiriance.

Amazing, really a hidden gem. Staff is super friendly, pool is great, reception very helpful (we needed a driver for a day), restaurant with good food. Breakfast is ok. The wine cellar is also amazing, really beautiful boutique hotel.

Those who've been traveling in Georgia for a while know that it's often difficult to find good accommodation here. A place may look fine in the pictures, but when you arrive, you discover that there are no towel hangers, no ambient lighting, nowhere to hang your toiletry bag, and no place to put shower gel, among other small annoyances.
