This was our third time staying at this wonderful hotel in Borjomi, and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. One of the true highlights is the beautiful terrace — the view is absolutely breathtaking and creates the perfect setting for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening. What a pearl with wonderful hosts! Very stylish and convenient rooms, absolutely comfortable beds, top class relax. And Georgian hospitality at its top level. Wine tasting, cognac tasting, karaoke, dancing. Would stay for longer if my trip was not planned earlier.

A perfect place to stay if you are in Borjomi region. Nice building, spacious common areas in the building, as well as in the restaurant and in the garden. All of the people working there are more than supportive and welcoming. The host speaks perfect English, so communication is easy. The breakfast was the best we got during our trip in Georgia. Everything that you can ask for (including an incredible Chacha for breakfast ;)) and all of it homemade. We also had dinner there every evening, because it was delicious and really comfortable. They also have a small library and a firesite. There was a corner with kids' toys and our son loved playing inside and outside. They even stopped us from putting back all the toys in the evening and said we should just relax and they will tidy up later - that is a real holiday for parents :D We will definitely recommend Rivendell to all of our friends and come back to Borjumi region at some time just because of this jewel of accommodation!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel – we absolutely loved it! From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially with our child. They truly went above and beyond, always smiling and ready to assist with anything we needed. We’ve been traveling around Georgia for a week, and this has definitely been the best hotel we’ve stayed at. Also, the breakfast was the best of the whole trip – delicious, varied, and made with quality ingredients. The facilities are exceptional: everything is clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet – perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making us feel at home! 😊
