Gregori and his parents are lovely people who shared their home with us. Gregori speaks English and showed us his little farm. He gave us travel recommendations. We enjoyed plenty of homemade delicious food (best Khatchapuri Georgias) and wine. It is a wonderful place to relax and come in touch with Georgian life in the countryside. This was a very comfortable cottage to stay in. There was lots of room to relax inside as well as outside. The bathroom area was large and very clean. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment to cook with, as well as ample coffee, sugar, tea, etc etc. The host provided us with a nice bottle of wine, fruit, and treats 😋 . The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect to visit Katskhi Pillar. It is a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk away. Communication with the host was excellent. IMO it is much nicer to stay somewhere like here than in the town Chiatura... It is ideal to have a car when staying here.

The host family was very friendly and generous. Communication was fast and responsive. We had a wonderful dinner and breakfast with endless amounts of absolutely delicious foods. The room and bathroom was sparkling clean. The location is near the Chiatari cable cars and neighboring the monastery. They also have local chacha and wine for sale, very convienently. It was one of my great experiences of my trip to Georgia.
