This is a family-run hotel and the owners are externally friendly, hospitable and helpful. The rooms are air conditioned which is a great relief during the hot summer months. The food is great. The location is perfect, a short walk from the river and from the historic fortress (well worth a visit).

I arrived in at Kutaisi airport in the middle of the night. Although my flight was delayed and immigration took me a bit the driver of the hotel which I booked in advance was patiently waiting for me. We reached the hotel in about 10 minutes, everything was perfectly clean and I could rest a few hours before my connecting flight in the next morning :-).

The tiny house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The garden is very peaceful and relaxing. Communication with Svetlana was very good. She also prepared very tasty breakfast for us. It was a pity we only stayed for one night, it was one of the most welcoming places we stayed during our two weeks trip through Georgia. :)

Famous humble Georgian hospitality! It's not a 5* hotel, but you feel like home with friends. Very nice people, wanting to make sure that you're comfortable. Unfortunately I stayed only for 1 night between my 2 flights but I think to come back again with some friends to enjoy the nature around and that hospitality.
