This really is a great place. First of all rooms are new and everything is neat&clean. Shared bathroom was super, there is a separate toilet with a sink and another separate big shower room. The landlord lady is an incredible host, she lives on the premises and is always there for you and since she is a professional cook, you've got to try her food. She makes you dinner if you like, it was amazing. Communication works over Google translate unless you speak Russian. Entrance is through a local cheap eatery.

Great stay, hotel is brand-new, everything works as expected, and bed was big and very comfortable (the best during our stay in Georgia). Hotel is in the center of Anaklia, which is good for visit this city. Breakfast was great!

Best hotel for 25 euro I stayed ever. The breakfast is a bit costly but tea and nescafe is free. The location is not great but I paid 1 euro for taxi to get there from the town center (10-15min walk).
