It was an amazing host. She Elena presented us glas of wine at our arrival and very kind and welcoming and most of all very helpful to organize excursions with a driver that we liked very much. This a wonderful genuine boutique hotel, the owners have created a terrific ambiance throughout. We booked a deluxe suite and it was a fabulous room. (Unfortunately it was very misty during our stay so there was no mountain view). The attention to detail was excellent, large bed and very comfortable. Very large bathroom with a bath and shower. The reception staff were first class. Our room was not ready on arrival but they provided tea/coffee and nice nibbles. Breakfast was a good spread. In summary, although there were a few issues with dinner this is still a great hotel and we would have no hesitation in returning again or recommending to family and friends.
