This is one of the best hotels i have stayed. Staffs were really helpful. Location was perfect. Rooms were really big and the toilet was very modern. They offered us late checkout. They offered us the iron to use in our room for the whole stay. All the staffs were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was not really good , but there are many nearby restaurants that offer breakfast. But I loved everything here. Thank you so much

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are clean and tidy, and it's safe and comfortable to stay here. Especially the front desk staff Lasha and Anri, their service is very good and they are very patient. Lasha is very handsome. It was a pleasant trip for me, and the breakfast was also delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and professional, making check-in quick and easy. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep The overall environment was peaceful and enjoyable, making it easy to relax and unwind. If you want to appreciate Georgian hospitality, be sure to stay at this hotel. Polite and helpful staff, perfect cleanliness and a pleasant welcome bonus in the room - was a great start to my vacation in Batumi. The excellent location of the hotel and free parking are also a huge plus. Thank you for the best time - now I know exactly where I will be happy to stay in this wonderful city!
