The staff are all very friendly (especially one young chap up in Sora who went out of his way to explain the menu etc when we popped up for a nosey on check-in). If you stay longer than one night, you can opt for eco cleaning of your room and receive drinks vouchers for the bar (valid in both). Breakfast was extremely good, delicious and well presented. The hotel is in a fantastic location. There are two free bus services in Manchester (number 1 & 2). We took the 2 from Piccadilly station to Deansgate (3 stops) and then it was a quick walk to the hotel. In the other direction, a few minutes walk will get you to St Peter's Square with all the tram stops. We took the tram to Media City for the Lowry Theatre and Imperial War Museum. We also took a tram back to the airport on our last day. I can also recommend a walking tour (Rock n Goal) which gives a great insight into Manchester.

Everything was absolutely perfect regarding my hotel

Everything was absolutely perfect regarding my hotel Just unfortunately there wasn't the possibility for an early check in the room wasn't ready propably as I had asked for a room near the lift My elderly father has mobility issues. We did really see Worsley.

We've stayed here twice to visit RHS Bridgewater.

We've stayed here twice to visit RHS Bridgewater. It's really convenient for getting to the garden and there's plenty of choice when it comes to eating out in the evening. It's a leafy, attractive area that feels safe and relaxed.

Great visit to RHS Bridgwater. Excellent cafe and shop. Be sure to see the Chinese garden and gazebo. The church clock strikes 13 times at one o’clock! Pretty walk by the canal Interesting visit to Oldsall Manor

Perfect place to stay.

Perfect place to stay. Hotel is easy to get to, lots of parking. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb. Lovely bar, seating area, beautiful garden with children’s play park area. The pub within the same grounds was the perfect place to get a meal, plenty of choice on menu, and lovely food.

The hotel £12 breakfast was a high standard, there was a varied hot drink selection and the choice of hot and cold breakfast items were delicious. The 20 bus stop to Trafford centre is only a 4 minutes walk from the hotel.

An exceptionally well maintained hotel inside and out. Our room was spacious, immaculately clean and mattresses very comfortable. Staff were all amazing. Reception super knowledgeable, Restaurant staff a joy too. Ate in the Restaurant, two perfectly cooked Fillet steaks. 10 out of 10 .

Hotel are awful at communicating. Charged me for 2 rooms when 1 was cancelled. Showed proof and trying to refund the cheaper room not the one that was cancelled. Communication from the hotel is shocking. Calling for over a week and keep getting passed on. Awful way of running what should be a nice hotel!

I usually travel for work and leisure and I can confidently say this was the best value for money hotel I have been to in a while. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was nice. The gym was very well equipped. The breakfast was pretty good and parking was free

My family and I had a great stay at this property in the lovely Worsley. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Lots of space for a family of five. Shops and restaurants were convenient to get to on foot. We look forward to staying again soon on our next family visit.
