Amazing hotel, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely lady who checked us in. She showed us to our room, which was a 2 bedroomed suite. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave, shower gel, hand wash and plenty of tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Also 2 bottles of fresh drinking water. As we were checking out very early the owner said she would cook our breakfast extra early for us. Breakfast was delicious and the children loved their pancakes from the special children menu. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was great and the staff was lovely. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. We felt very comfortable and at home. The receptionists were lovely. Every time we travel to Bournemouth we always choose the grove hotel.

Good parking outside hotel. Nice entrance and bar, breakfast room. On arrival was greeted at the reception, friendly, helpful and efficient at their job. Bed was very comfortable and bedding looked new. Room was standard size but had everything we needed. Bathroom was nice layout shower was plenty big enough. Bus stop just around corner for Bournemouth square and pier.

From check in to check out this hotel was superb. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room with a view of the sea was spotless and we appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was big, spotless, with plenty of big fluffy immaculately white towels. Breakfast was good, with a huge range of hot and cold options. The coffee is of good quality which is always a bonus point. It was my first visit to Bournemouth and this hotel…it will not be my last. I think we have found a gem.

    The owners book you in and that is the last you see of them, its nice if you like the relaxed approach. The tent was lovely and had everything we needed for our short stay. The toilet facilities is another matter. There is 1 toilet and 1 shower for each the male and females. There were some that used the toilet to get ready for the day instead of their accommodation or shower room. This meant the 1 and only toilet could be out of action for over an hr at a time. This is not the place for anyone with a weak bladder.
