This is a recently refurbished old hotel which has had no expense spared to bring it up to a very high standard. The ambience is excellent, high level of finishing and comfort. Wansford is a charming old village which is very quiet. The hotel sits next to the River Nene giving a lovely peaceful rural feel. The hotel is beautiful with an old country house feel to it with very comfortable furnishings. Located in a picturesque and quiet village but easily located just off the A47/A1. Our room was fabulous and spacious, bed was super comfy and the bath robes were a bonus luxury. The service and food are first class and delicious.
