We really enjoyed the location, the warm atmosphere of the hotel when you step trough the front door, the warm welcome by staff and the exceptionally clean rooms. We pre-booked our tabel at the restaurant in the hotel online. We really loved the menu and we enjoyed well excecuted and delicious dinners. I recommend that you have the lamb shank and mash. I had it twice :)

Location was perfect for us travelling from Bristol airport. Looks recently refurbished, room perfect for what we required and clean. Food in the bar/restaurant was decent value and delicious. Nice touch having coffee/breakfast items available for guests leaving early hours in the morning for Bristol airport. Staff were all helpful and friendly.

The staff were very welcoming, and helpful, even though they were struggling as short-staffed. The room was very large, the bed was big and comfy, and there was a nice modern bathroom. Breakfast selection was good, although no vegan sausages as advertised (on either morning).

Very nice place for a longer stay. The food was excellent in the restaurant, and we enjoyed breakfast as well as dinner there. The location is close to motorway, but far enough removed, so you can't hear the noise from it. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and we felt very welcome. This is definetely our new go-to choise for accomodation in the area around Bristol.

Restaurant food at Marco Pierre White lovely. Best steak and chips maybe ever! - Could have cut my steak with a spoon! Didn't expect the restaurant to be so good. Nice spa with sunbeds, decking and drinks areas too. Beautiful gardens. Old house looks fantastic and makes the setting. Very enjoyable stay.
