This place is one of the best we have been in (and we travel a lot)! 'Quirky' does not do justice to this lovely cottage (we loved the 'secret door' :)) It is amazingly cozy and well furbished, but also very well equipped - there was nothing we missed. It is quiet and comfortable (there is a fireplace too), and the area is both peaceful and beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the heating was easy and convenient - we had a fantastic stay!

Clashmore House delivered a feeling of well being and relaxation throughout our stay. The owners have done an amazing job keeping the charm and feel of this elegant property. You feel as if you have arrived at a stately baronial home and the welcome and attention you receive is exceptional. Breakfast was fantastic. From the full cooked Scottish breakfast to the pancakes and other delights prepared for your table by the owners. The room we had was amazing. It was exactly what we saw in the pictures and it did not disappoint. A great space which has been well decorated to achieve the look and feel of a room fit for royalty. There has been few rooms we have stayed in that gave us this space and the comfort we experienced. The en-suite bathroom with rolled top bath was just as spacious and tastefully decorated. A good selection of toiletries and products were placed for our use. The main entrance and Hallway are your first wow factor and then you see the breakfast room. The hosts have done amazing with what they have got opened at this time with the rooms and we cannot wait to go back and see how this gem of a find has grown.

The accommodation was excellent. We stayed one night on route home. The facilities were of a very high standard and the whole of the house was exceptionally clean. Wish we could have stayed longer. They allowed our dogs to stay too. I highly recommend this property. The host was very friendly.

Lovely modern cabin set against a stunning backdrop. The kitchen was fully equipped and we had a meal on the porch enjoying the crisp spring weather and river view. We were very excited when the cat dropped by for a visit! Yvonne and Alan were extremely warm and helpful with recommendations on what to see and do in the Highlands. Our only regret was not being able to extend our stay at Ceol Mor. Looking forward to returning.
