    We specifically choose this location as it’s about 8 mins to Crystal Palace grounds, so ideal as my husband was watching a match with a friend. Very multicultural,some great food shops & a nice carribean restaurant within walking distance. An overall nice vibe to the area.

    Not as described, non existent staff support and key box code not working on external door, had to be let in by another resident. Only one bed had a quilt and no answer by staff when calling the number multiple times. Very over priced

    Forgettable area, at least i found it safe. Very easy access to better places nearby of South London such as Brixton, Streatham, Dulwich, Crystal Palace triangle, Central London by train is 30' min away, to London Bridge or to Victoria Station

    This is not a hotel. Just a house with a few rooms. No check in or check out. The cleaner let us in! Leave key in safe provided. It said tea/coffee facilities, there were none. Only thing in this room is a bed. For that price it is a rip off. The bathroom (which is not en suite) even had other people belongings in it - make up, shampoo, hand wash etc including a discarded false eye lashes. Never again. Very disappointed to find something like that on booking.com

    The location is great! Right in the town centre- A five minute walk away from the Thornton Heath Station. You also have so many shops all around ranging from restaurants to a big Tesco you can get your shopping at. Shops are open till late too. The bedroom is huge and the bed was super comfortable. I slept really well. The host is super accommodating and responds quickly! Offered solutions like an extra heater if the room got colder.

    Location is away from the hustle and bustle of central Thornton Heath and yet within easy reach to local buses to East Croydon‚ to local shops and close to all local amenities and parks. Extremely kind and welcoming host. Lovely home situated in a quiet suburban area. Clean‚ tidy and cosy just like you would find in a family home. Comfortable bedroom‚ small selection of teas/coffees available as well as a kettle in the bedroom.

    The host of the property was extremely accommodating. We were very nervous as this was our first time staying in a type of accommodation that was not a hotel. The host instantly put our nerves at rest. The house and room was very well cleaned.
