Lovely hotel, staff were superb and very helpful, room was big and comfortable, ambience was excellent, facilities are great, location is perfect! Diego in particular was super helpful, with great restaurant recommendations and advice. He is a genuinely lovely person to speak to and couldn't have done more to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Everyone else we spoke to was also extremely friendly and helpful - a nice balance between being attentive, but not overbearing. Lovely people. We can't wait to go back!

The hotel is ideally situated, close to Brighton Pier. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable and warm. The breakfast was delicious and consisted of high quality food. The hotel staff were very professional, helpful and friendly.
