I had a really beautiful and quiet room. Big desk with comfortable chair and a big friendly anglepoise - how often do you get a quality workspace in a hotel? I was really happy. I was in room on my own with my to do list - not a romantic weekend.

    See my rating. This property is in a social housing neighbourhood. The back yard has been neglected and the inside of the house smelled musty like mould. There were small black bugs that crawled up onto the table or onto you from the rug. The internet and TV did not work. Oven missing the knobs. There was no kettle. There were only 2 coffee mugs, and no toilet paper. The mattresses were old and uncomfortable. Guildford itself is a lovely town, but it is a good 20-30 minute walk from this property.
