What a find this hotel was. We were at an event in Cyclopark which is 5 minutes away by car. The staff are definitely the friendliest and most helpful you will find anywhere. The room was excellent and the food was top notch. We will certainly book again for our next trip to Cyclopark.

Location was quite near to the Strood station, staffs were genuinely helpful, room was nice and cozy and clean. Had everything I needed in the room including heater, iron with board, dryer and kettle, tea/coffee with milk and good sized TV. Bed was comfortable with table and a good sofa chair. Toilet was good as well, looked very clean. Most importantly, my husband had come for training and had fever whole night which kept me awake and I requested to stay a bit later than the check out time to get some sleep and the staffs were extremely helpful and understanding. Would love to stay here again. Definitely recommend.
