We stayed here with friends and had a fantastic time. The place actually looked even better than in the pictures, which was a great surprise. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well set up for our stay. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

The room had a fun, quirky vibe, and it was clean and cozy. Besides being a building with loads of interesting history, it's located right at the beachfront with easy access to the rest of the city by foot or by bus. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was top-notch.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great building, very clean and modern. Very good food. Great value I stayed here spontaneously when my girlfriend was unexpectedly admitted to a nearby hospital — Conquest. I was on holidays in the UK at the time and had to cancel my return flight and had run out of clean clothes. The hotel did not have a laundry service, but still washed, dried, and hung several t shirts and shirts in my room for me.

Location was perfect- right by the high street. Staff were super accommodating, they even gave us some extra condiments to go with our late night chippy order. Really generous and friendly. Breakfast was lovely

This our second time at this hotel, it's location is near to our family in Bexhill-on-Sea. The room, staff , and food at the restaurant are all excellent. We have tried other hotels in the area, but this far exceeds our expeditions, and needs. We will definitely be back, but next time we will stay longer so my husbannd, and brother in law can bring their golf clubs, and enjoy a round of golf.

did not stay at this property no body there when we arrived phoned number on contact list no answer lady phoned later and said she thought there had been a fire in flat get manager to contact me 3 days later still waiting unable to find anywhere else to stay ruined weekend had to drive back to Portsmouth same night area where flat situated run down avoid if possible
