The house was a lot more luxurious than I thought it would be. It’s all quite new I think, very clean, and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The area is quiet as you’re surrounded by nature, and you can watch the birds and squirrels from the living room. the little cafe and play area on the property are nice as well.

We absolutely loved The Cooden Beach. The weather outside was frightful, but the fire inside delightful. It was warm, cozy and very welcoming. The staff were so lovely and helpful. We mostly ate inside the hotel having visited family in the area during the day. The food was delicious. Everything we had was exceptional. The staff couldn't do enough. It was lovely talking to Ben S. Andre was fabulous at dinner. Robert at breakfast. And the Reception and Housekeeping team super. Thank you to all of them for making our stay perfect.

The facilities and the room and the space. The manager gave me and my husband a lift to station( separately) as left different times. This was due to cab not arriving twice. Exceptional service.

The staff were brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very friendly and helpful. We had a sea view room, which was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a globetrotter theme. There were antique looking suitcases and a table which was shaped as a map of Africa, with the names of the countries carved into it. We were a couple of floors up and are relatively fit and healthy, so there appearing to be no lift was no problem for us. Neither was the previously reported street noise. We've stayed in several seafront hotels in Hastings and other seaside towns. The noise from police sirens and from revellers passing by, was no different to any of those other hotels and towns. Breakfast was good and free parking was easy to find and very close by. I cannot complain about anything. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome!

We loved this very old pub with lots of charm, character and ambience. The dinner was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful too. Can Highly recommend it. Location was great. Close walk to everything. Thank you very much for our memorable stay. Teresa and Mark from Australia 🇦🇺

Genia is the most fantastic host you could ever have. My friend had an accident and Genia went above and beyond to help, including putting her in an upgraded room so she didn’t have to tackle the stairs at no extra cost.

    did not stay at this property no body there when we arrived phoned number on contact list no answer lady phoned later and said she thought there had been a fire in flat get manager to contact me 3 days later still waiting unable to find anywhere else to stay ruined weekend had to drive back to Portsmouth same night area where flat situated run down avoid if possible
