The two guys running this absolutely top notch freindly pub, were absolutely 💯, they have only just taken over, and the warmth they gave to us was fantastic, the locals in the pub so very friendly , good luck guys 👏👏❤️

The hotel was lovely, my room was comfortable, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast slot, beginning at 0830, was very civilised and relaxing!

It is a small very stylish hotel . Our room was very comfortable and and had lots of personal touches eg. the flask of milk for our morning tea , the tea cake . We had the MOST delicious meal at the hotel bar!! The young hotel staff were very welcoming in particular Anna who one can only describe as a service professional. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel .

Lovely clean and quiet. In a good location for event in Holkham Estate. Off street car parking and very helpful hosts. I was late arriving and they even had 2 lovely slices of homemade cake left in the room. Bathroom was spotless and the robes/slippers were a lovely touch.

Nice little village perfectly positioned to access the...

Nice little village perfectly positioned to access the numerous wonderful sights North Norfolk has to offer. Easy drive into Fakeham for grocery shopping etc. Can recommend The Aviator in Sculthorpe. Excellent pub food and a nice atmosphere.

A great base for visiting the beaches of North Norfolk.

A great base for visiting the beaches of North Norfolk. Close enough to Norwich too, although Fakenham has all you need for a stay - good Tesco, takeaways, etc. WElls-next-the-sea is the nearest beach, and it's a good one. Other beaches are in easy distance. Sculthorpe is a pretty little village.

The interior was very stylish - very spacious and airy - due to the vaulted ceiling. The general location was good, i.e. based in Sculthorpe - a very pretty, tranquil part of the world - lovely walks in the countryside close by - I visited a nature reserve which was about 15minutes walk away. And Wells-next-to-Sea, Holkam Beach and Holkam Hall are all close by - all fantastic in their own way. Lovely and quiet in the property. An exceptionally nice welcome pack was waiting for me.
