Sand Dunes abundant.

Sand Dunes abundant. The beach is accessible with decent footwear. Convenience store attached to garage covered all emergencies and big Tesco's and B&M 15 mins up road at Mablethorpe covered the rest. Fish & chip shop was good and fairly priced. My teenagers were a bit bored, but that could happen anywhere!!

Saltfleet is a quite village served by one pub which is linked with the caravan park, but is located on the main road. The prices are very cheap and the food good. There was also entertainment on during the summer holidays at the pub. There is a small convenience store attached to the local petrol garage, but a larger CO-OP just outside of the village, but you will have to drive there. Unfortunately, there are wetlands and mudflats so swimming in the sea is not possible here, but I'd imagine it would be good fun for dogs, but depending upon the tide height, you may need to bring your wellies!

Disappointed there wasn't a beach close by.

Disappointed there wasn't a beach close by. The cost of pass on site is £13.50 each, and unless you buy one each, you can not use swimming pool or bar/ entertainment. We did not think £54 for the 4 of us for just 2 nights was fair.

Pool closed for the season but we were TLC it was open.

Pool closed for the season but we were TLC it was open. Basic kitchen equipment missing. No shower curtain. Had to fix the boiler myself while there as no hot water and wouldn’t light. Needed to buy toilet paper and washing up stuff. Basically it could’ve been a lot better with decent communication/information. Clean but dated caravan. Full ash trays 🤢. Beds were ok. TV only for use with a pile of very old dvds, no smart tv. Good free Wi-Fi. Nice area.

We used saltfleet as a base to visit the coastal towns and villages which were a short pleasant drive, although Saltfleet itself is a pretty place with a few pleasant walks, The New Inn pub was a nice pub and a visit to the abandoned church

Saltfleet is a quiet little village, with two local pubs within walking distance of the local site, they both had outdoor seating areas, entertainment such as music and bingo. There's a local co-op about 10 minutes down the road by car, with a few other local convenience stores for smaller items. Perfect for a quiet stay
