We looked at the map in booking.com and chose a village on a lake because it was close to the highway. what a surprise it all was, the lake is beautiful and the village has a pleasant center with a large number of terraces and beer gardens. The hotel itself is easily accessible and there is a parking lot next to the hotel. The rooms are stylish and cozy and spotlessly clean. Rarely have I experienced such proactive, accurate and, above all, friendly staff. The best was yet to come because that was dinner. If you like Michelin star food then you've come to the right place. Balanced courses with matching wine that is perfectly balanced with the food. Homemade pattiserie by a young chef with a lot of talent. If you are in the area then this is definitely recommended. We are going back next time we are in the aera.

Value for money wise, this venue exceeded my expectations. Parking was on premises and free. Wifi reception was good. Staff went out of their way to help. Bathroom was cramped but adequate, making it great for an overnight stopover. Room comfort was better than some charging three times the price.

Absolutely satisfied. Spacious, spotless rooms with a pleasant scent, fresh bed linen, and a quiet neighborhood. By far my favorite stay in Grantham so far, and also more affordable than the average. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, had excellent service, clean, polite, friendly and amazing facilities. The evening we arrived they were fully booked for food but still manage to squeeze us in so we could have some food. The meal was very big , the taste and quality of the food was amazing. If we need to go back up any time, I will definitely rebook here if it’s available. Well done 5 stars all round and thank you so much for making us feel so welcomed xx

Simon's house is just right for one or two to have a cosy time. Spotlessly clean, well decorated and a welcome basket too. We found everything to be new and the towels were amazing. It is the first place that I would look to stay on my return to Grantham.
