We just loved all of it.

We just loved all of it. The shops the pub had great food and very friendly the Boat House was excellent. The walks excellent. Parking waS fine, too. We are in our 70s so the steep hill to the beach could be challenging but it worked up a nice appetite at the boat house. Sunday lunch there was excellent. We will be back !

We visit Portscatho most years, usually staying in a nearby caravan site. It is very well situated on the coastal path and has all the local facilities one might want in a small village. A bus service puts St Mawes and Truro within easy reach.

Friendly fishing village with good local shops and the amazing Scatho Ice Cream Parlour and fantastic Plume of Feathers Pub! Parking not easy though as may be expected given the size of village and number of visitors.....

This is one of our dog walk areas.

This is one of our dog walk areas. There are a couple of good pubs and eateries nearby including the famous Hidden hut above Porthcurnick Beach. The Roseland peninsular has many many gems , great coastal walks, St Just church, St Mawes, Carne Beach, Porthloe, Bakeries, farm shops etc etc and the King Harry Ferry

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! The owners were very courtesy and welcoming. The food was terrific, and the location was so beautiful, especially the garden. We were upgraded to a larger room and could not have been happier! I would definitely return for a longer stay.

Beautiful place, the hotel was lovely, very tasteful decor. The view was stunning and the location was perfect, so peaceful just the sounds of nature. We were very glad there was no music pumping out to ruin the lovely peaceful atmosphere. The staff were wonderful too, they were polite helpful and friendly. We will definitely be returning.

Cute little hotel with a beautiful restaurant and shared lounges to relax in. Our room was pretty and had a terrace and a lovely view of the sea which we could have enjoyed more if it wasn’t for the storm.
