It was such a pleasure to stay at Furain, Alison and Dave were super welcoming and relaxed at the same time. Furain is a wonderfull place to stay, Peterculter is close to the hills and the city is around the corner at the same time! Doggy Stanley just made the whole stay complete. Amazing property, we say deers running in the evening, sheeps and coos. Rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was diverse and very good. Elegant and remarkable, the receptions the staircase, the restaurants and the bar area are all exceptional, made us feel as if we stayed at Balmoral Castle, which somehow is true, since the construction of Ardoe House iwas inspired by the scottish baronial style of Balmoral Castle. PS: they have reopened the pool and spa area, we have not used them but looked very nice

Though it wasn't in the centre the hotel was easily reachable by bus or taxi, just 5 km from the centre of Aberdeen. Loved the building as well as the hotel surroundings, bed in the lovely room was really comfortable. I also had very delicious afternoon tea and dinner in the hotel's restaurant.

    We had a very warm welcome from Alison.

    We had a very warm welcome from Alison. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed linen and towels beautifully clean. We had twin beds which were very comfortable. The tea and coffee tray was really good and we had a bottle of water in our room. The shower was amazing. Breakfast was superb. We also had the honour of meeting lovely Stanley the dog. Thank you for a super stay and we would definitely recommend.

    I enjoyed my stay, the place is very nice, The Place is...

    I enjoyed my stay, the place is very nice, The Place is situated on the main roar, no traffic noise , and there is bus station just around the corner. shopping and restaurants /pub are at a walking distance. the local people are nice, as well as the landlady - Ellison.
