This hotel was lovely. I was able to walk to it from the train station, and the super central location meant I could pop out the door and start exploring. The rooms are comfy and tastefully furnished, the staff are incredibly kind, and the included breakfast is top-notch. There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room but there's a lovely lounge that services the 8 rooms where you can hang and make a beverage!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant and pub was amazing. The food was very, very good (the best we had in the UK). We didn't need to find a place for dinner when the best restaurant is at the Inn. The breakfast was outstanding. Did I mention how nice the staff was? They could not have been nicer. It is nice there is parking behind the Inn. Highly recommended!

The Parkgate Hotel is a gem in the centre of Cardiff. It has easy access to the shopping area as well as tourist sites such as Cardiff Castle. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was clean and well equipped. The staff are attentive and make your stay as comfortable as possible, A big shout out to Concierge Keith who is a friendly, knowledgeable and all round superstar.

It's a very pleasant hotel. A great location into the city centre. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. It's a very pleasant stay. The rooms are very clean and spacious. This is my fifth time staying there. I love it. The breakfast is fab. Great choice of food . The adjoining room was great for what we needed it for. A 10/10 stay and we can't wait to come and stay again.
