We were doing the C2C and it was the best hotel. Very comfy, they help us with the bikes. Amazing breakfast... Special mention for Georgia who help us in the breakfast (we were 6 and we were quite annoying asking her a lot). She answered and resolve everything with a smile and she didn't complain. Thank you Georgia ❤️

We were walking Hadrian's Wall Path and the Keelman is only a stone throw off the path. Special location in a functioning brewery - excellent pale ale. Lovely staff, fine accommodations, nice food, we felt right at home.

It’s a tiny little place but it has everything you need. We were even entertained by the cricket match being played at the cricket pitch in front of the cabin. We met a neighbour who was very friendly. Walking to the pub in the village is possible and our dog enjoyed himself too. We had lunch at restaurant PINE which was fabulous. All in all a great 24 hours 👍

    Ovingham is a delightful village with a great pub, lots of walking, a beautiful church, river close by and a railway station just over the river in neighbouring Prudhoe. The community spirit in the village was great, with various activities in the village hall, like fitness and a film shown on the 1st Friday of the month. We liked the community orchard, meadow land and also the riverside walks enjoyed too by our Labrador dog!
