Lovely view on the seaside from the window. Perfect place to watch the stars by night (if weather helps). Both the restaurant staff and the manager were so kind and the room was pristine. Loved the king size bed and the super clean washroom. We are not used to carpets, but the place didn’t feel dusty at all - quite the opposite! Great maintenance conditions and the best dinner I’ve had in years of travels through UK. We felt welcome.

An extraordinary hotel, near the ferry terminal of Armadale (south of Skye). The view is gorgeous, the rooms very beautiful and the food is delicious. Absolutely everything was perfect!

The hotel interior is modern looking, beautifully and tastefully decorated. The staff were knowledgable, welcoming and extremely helpful. The young man on reception was lovely and carried our bags up to our room. Our room was absolutely gorgeous! Stunning decor which was carefully put together and matched throughout the room. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable, the bathroom modern and stylish and the complementary Temple Spa products, dressing gowns and slippers a lovely touch. The young lady who served us breakfast couldn’t do enough to make our meal a very pleasant and relaxed one. I requested gluten free options so she spoke to the chef and came back with a list to choose from. She was pleasant, polite and extremely helpful

Your cottage at *The Hirsel of Skye* is absolutely stunning! The spectacular views of the lake are breathtaking, and the superb furnishings make it feel like a luxury retreat. 6 stars out of 5! We loved every moment spent here, from relaxing in the tastefully furnished interiors to stepping outside into the serene natural surroundings where you can spot visiting sheep at close proximity. The attention to detail inside the cottage is extremely cozy reflecting Scottish hospitality at the highest order. It's been the perfect base for our stay. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us – we'll cherish the memories forever! The location is idyllic, and we feel so lucky to have experienced it. Not to mention the extremely hospitable hosts, Dave & Emma.
